Slate Viewer is provided by Hong Kong Ansen Internet Technology Co., Limited. This policy is effective July 21, 2026.
App Store purchases
Slate Viewer is currently sold only through the Mac App Store. Apple processes the purchase and decides refund eligibility under its own policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Website purchases
We do not currently sell Slate Viewer or issue license keys through this website. No separate website refund process applies.
Access after a refund
Access to the app after an approved refund is governed by Apple’s purchase status and Mac App Store terms.
