Refund Policy
Slate separates App Store purchases from future direct licenses so refund handling stays clear for each channel.
App Store purchases
Mac App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Use Apple’s purchase history or App Store support flow for refund requests.
Future direct purchases
When direct purchase opens, Slate will offer a 14-day refund window from the purchase date. Refund requests should start from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in the purchase email.
License status after refund
When a direct purchase is refunded, the related license is revoked. A revoked license can no longer activate or validate Slate.
