Slate Viewer 由 Hong Kong Ansen Internet Technology Co., Limited 提供。本政策自 2026 年 7 月 21 日起生效。
App Store 购买
Slate Viewer 目前仅通过 Mac App Store 销售。购买由 Apple 处理，退款资格也由 Apple 按其政策决定。你可以前往 reportaproblem.apple.com，使用购买时的 Apple 账户登录并提交申请。
官网购买
本网站目前不直接销售 Slate Viewer，也不发放 license key，因此没有单独的官网退款流程。
退款后的使用状态
退款获批后能否继续访问 App，以 Apple 记录的购买状态和 Mac App Store 条款为准。
